The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious dishes; there is a fridge, oven, complete set of pots and plates, automatic coffee machine, kettle and a cozy dining table.

The bedroom offers an oasis of relaxation, with the possibility of choosing between single beds or a double bed, equipped with eco-leather sommiers and high-quality Dorelan mattresses. A spacious wardrobe and impeccable lighting complete this welcoming space.

The balcony overlooks Via Turati, offering a picturesque view, while a window facing the internal patio gives further brightness to the room.

Comfort is guaranteed by two bathrooms, the first complete with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtub, and the second service with sink, toilet and washing machine.

The mezzanine adds a touch of elegance, with an additional relaxation space equipped with a three-seater sofa, a wardrobe and a practical desk station.

The residence has a small free luggage storage and a garage with paid parking spaces to be reserved separately. The property does not have a lift. The apartments, arranged on two floors, can be reached via comfortable stairs.

The apartments are equipped with a clothesline, iron and ironing board and everything needed for cleaning. The price already includes an initial supply of bed linen and a kit of towels per person.
