The living room welcomes you with an inviting two-seater sofa, perfect for relaxing while watching your Smart TV mounted on a fitted wall.

The dining table is the ideal place to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction hob, a built-in refrigerator, a microwave oven and an automatic coffee machine to start the day off on the right foot.

The bedroom offers a quiet view of the internal courtyard and is equipped with a large wardrobe to conveniently store your personal belongings and a double bed.

The full bathroom, complete with shower and washer-dryer, adds a touch of practicality to your stay, allowing you to manage laundry without problems.

This delightful apartment is ideal for hosting up to 2 people.

With free wifi and air conditioning, the apartment is perfectly equipped to satisfy every need.

All our apartments have an access system by opening doors directly from a mobile phone, customers will receive a message containing a link to open the doors of the structure on the phone number indicated in the booking.

The residence has a small free luggage storage and a garage with paid parking spaces to be reserved separately. The property does not have a lift. The apartments, arranged on two floors, can be reached via comfortable stairs.

The apartments are equipped with a clothesline, iron and ironing board and everything needed for cleaning. The price already includes an initial supply of bed linen and a kit of towels per person.

Animals are not allowed in the facility.
